SAC Technology: Ranked 4th in Power Battery Installations Nationwide! 8th in Electric Drive System Installations Nationwide!

From January to June 2025, SAC Technology's SAC Ruipu power battery installed capacity reached 261,500 units/sets in China, ranking fourth nationwide, a year-on-year increase of 234%. Its electric drive system installed capacity reached 174,700 units, ranking 8th nationwide, a year-on-year increase of 500%. SAC Technology has rapidly risen to the forefront of the industry, becoming a benchmark and leader in the high-quality development of the new energy vehicle industry chain.

As a core technology partner of SAIC-GM-Wuling and the Guangxi New Energy Vehicle Laboratory, Saike Technology has established a recognized enterprise technology center in the autonomous region and built 14 specialized R&D laboratories. It has accumulated 217 authorized patents, 25 software copyrights, and received five science and technology awards. Driven by technological innovation, Saike Technology is accelerating the development of a comprehensive new energy industry chain ecosystem. In terms of energy systems, Saike Technology has built a 20GWh power battery production base and a 100,000-ton lithium battery electrolyte production base, forming a complete industry chain encompassing raw materials, R&D, and finished product manufacturing. In the field of smart electric drive, leveraging the "125" project, SAIC-GM-Wuling and Saike Technology have jointly developed a smart electric drive product cluster, successfully achieving mass production of key products such as dedicated hybrid engines (DHE), dedicated hybrid transmissions (DHT), electric drive systems (EDS), and extended-range generator systems (EGS).

In terms of manufacturing model, Saike Technology pioneered the introduction of SAIC-GM-Wuling's world-first Intelligent Island Manufacturing System (I²MS), revolutionizing century-old traditional assembly line production methods and enabling highly flexible, customized production of high-variety, small-batch products. This system deeply integrates key technologies such as AI visual recognition, intelligent robotics, and real-time data exchange, significantly improving production response speed and product quality. Currently, the I²MS has been fully implemented in electric drive and battery production lines, promoting transparent collaboration and agile supply chain across R&D, manufacturing, and quality management between ecosystem partners and vehicle manufacturers. It has set a replicable and scalable benchmark for the intelligent transformation of manufacturing.
