To meet the challenge of achieving full production at the Baojun base, the information technology team at the base has adopted the "Sword Spirit," mobilizing all staff to unify their thinking and focus their efforts.

In terms of operational support, they have activated a production and operation support sprint mode, conducting a comprehensive inspection of key production application systems and cloud, network, and digital infrastructure. They regularly conduct inspections of application systems, key network cabinets, and links, and inventory management of spare parts for production terminals in the warehouse. They also conduct on-site inspections of industrial computers, PDAs, scanners, and printers through a three-step process of "physical examination, diagnosis, and documentation." They are fully committed to ensuring the production sprint, aiming for zero production and information security incidents and 99.95% system reliability.

In terms of project work, the Baojun base's information technology team collaborated with regional business partners to leverage the production window to successfully complete the transition between the body and paint functions of the Integral Manufacturing Execution System (I²MS-MES), and the powertrain and LOC functions of the Integral Manufacturing Material Collaboration System (I²MS-MCS). With the on-time delivery of the Baojun Phase II B/C Line I²MS construction project, the base's manufacturing execution system was streamlined from five to one, and its logistics execution system from two to one. These systems support rapid configuration as production line processes flexibly change, significantly reducing the development cycle and iteration costs for new product introductions and product flexibility, and ensuring operational and data consistency across all workshops and production lines.

With the annual production deadline approaching and the transformation of the new I²MS production line entering its critical phase, the Hexi base's Information Technology Service Department proactively stepped up and achieved significant results across multiple initiatives. Regarding preventive maintenance, system managers prioritized daily system health checks, comprehensively assessing system operational status and addressing bottleneck resources to ensure healthy system operation and help achieve production targets. During the I²MS Hexi project, all department members adhered to the principle of "finish today's work today," remaining prepared to respond at all times, efficiently resolving production issues and ensuring increased production line capacity.

During the Hexi cloud network switchover, to ensure the smooth deployment of the SDN network, the Hexi base's Information Services Department and Cloud Services Department integrated resources to smoothly and orderly facilitate the switchover. They also collaborated with various business partners to conduct thorough verification, ensuring a smooth switchover within the planned timeframe and a stable production start-up.

In August, Qingdao operated at full capacity, with only one shift off throughout the month. The Qingdao branch's Information Technology team worked tirelessly, paying attention to every detail to provide robust and reliable information system services for the base's production and manufacturing. They conducted daily equipment inspections and functional verifications at key production points, responded quickly to quality issues reported on site, assigned specific personnel for daily inspections of key equipment in the computer room, and regularly inspected network equipment on site, supporting the company's annual sprint.

Chongqing's summer heat is scorching. Facing continuous highs of 40°C, the Chongqing Branch's Information Services Department worked tirelessly to ensure the continued stability of production throughout the plant. They conducted pre-emptive checks, including daily stability checks of the IT room and manufacturing systems, to ensure that problems were promptly identified and addressed.

To prevent system freezes and data upload delays on the production line from impacting production, IT personnel were required to respond within 5 minutes and provide remote assistance. In the event of complex issues, they were required to arrive on-site within 15 minutes, ensuring that "minor issues are not delayed and major problems do not impact production progress."

From the core computer room to the production lines, from early morning to late night, the Chongqing Branch's Information Services Department shouldered their responsibilities, braving the scorching temperatures to ensure production. These "IT guardians" worked side by side with the production line, demonstrating responsibility and commitment with their professionalism and perseverance.
