Airtight Leak Detectors

1. introduction

The Airtight Leak Detectors were specially designed by WULING Auto's supplier. It can accurately determine whether your parts or cavities have a problem with secret air leakage.

Airtight Leak Detectors determine airtightness by monitoring pressure drops within components or chambers. If the pressure doesn't stabilize, there's definitely a problem.

It is highly stable and reliable, ensuring long-term use. Furthermore, it supports custom development and software upgrades, meaning your device will never become obsolete. It features a large 7-inch screen, providing intuitive and easy-to-understand data display.

For new energy vehicle battery packs, airtightness is a critical safety concern after unpacking or assembly; these detectors are specifically designed for this crucial step. Of course, they can also easily handle various precision components used in traditional industries.

2. Application occasion

Airtight Leak Detectors are suitable for air tightness testing after the unpacking and assembly of new

energy vehicle battery packs, and the air tightness testing of parts and components in  traditional industries.
