A new smart SUV model under the Baojun brand.

Baojun Yunhai is a new intelligent SUV model under the Baojun brand, positioned as an intelligent long-range SUV, launched pure electric and plug-in hybrid power systems, and the whole series is equipped with a high-end intelligent driving system as standard. It will be officially launched on September 10, 2024.

On May 13, 2024, the official picture of the new smart SUV model under the Baojun brand was exposed, and the new car was named "Baojun Yunhai". On July 30, Baojun Automobile announced more product configuration information of its first intelligent long-range SUV, Baojun Yunhai. On August 31, Baojun Automobile announced that its Baojun Yunhai SUV was officially launched on September 10. On September 10, Baojun's first intelligent long-range SUV, Baojun Yunhai, was officially launched, and the new car is available in 4 configurations: 60km plug-in hybrid version, 140km plug-in hybrid version, 500km pure electric version, and 600km pure electric version. Baojun Yunhai is based on the Tianyu architecture D platform, equipped with intelligent driving with spiritual eyes, and the drag coefficient is 0.259. The appearance adopts a closed front grille with L-shaped headlight clusters and trapezoidal air intakes below, and the taillights adopt through-type taillights; Equipped with a new shape of low-drag wheels. In terms of interior, it is available in two interior colors: Morning White and Night Twilight Black. Soft materials are used in the main contact areas such as the instrument panel and the central armrest box.  In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 4541*1880*1608mm, and the wheelbase is 2750mm. The pure electric version is equipped with a drive motor with a maximum power of 150 kW, and the hybrid version is equipped with a 1.5L engine with a maximum power of 78 kW and an electric motor. [The CLTC of pure electric models has a cruising range of up to 600km and a comprehensive cruising range of up to 1,100km.] Baojun Yunhai won the 2024 Automotive Design Selection Golden Cheng Award Cockpit Design Award and the Special Award of the Organizing Committee.
