Xiao Qiang, General Manager of SAIC-GM-Wuling's Overseas Business Unit, stated at the matchmaking conference that ASEAN is the Wuling brand's largest and most promising market globally. Precisely grasping the diverse mobility scenarios of ASEAN users, SAIC-GM-Wuling has established a comprehensive new energy vehicle portfolio covering both passenger and commercial vehicles in ASEAN. This has effectively fostered a deep integration of ASEAN's industrial and market strengths with Wuling's technological and system advantages. Going forward, SAIC-GM-Wuling will continue to advance the Wuling-ASEAN new energy vehicle industry to new heights of mutually beneficial cooperation.

With its mission of "rooted in China, deeply rooted in ASEAN, and serving the world," SAIC-GM-Wuling has established a core technology system encompassing the entire chain of "products, R&D, supply chain, manufacturing, and marketing." On the product side, this includes insisting on full-stack in-house development of the three-electric system and 100% independent technological breakthroughs, empowering product advancements with six key technologies: Tianyu Intelligent Manufacturing, Tianyu Architecture, Lingxi Power, Lingmou Assisted Driving, Lingyu Cockpit, and Shenlian Battery. On the R&D side, leveraging a national-level new energy vehicle laboratory, SAIC-GM-Wuling has established 22 sub-laboratories and five innovation hubs, providing solid support for product iteration and global expansion. On the supply chain side, SAIC-GM-Wuling has upgraded its partnership from suppliers to technology co-creation partners, achieving co-governance and continuous improvement of quality across the entire supply chain from source to delivery. On the manufacturing side, SAIC-GM-Wuling has pioneered the world's first Intelligent Island Manufacturing System (I²MS), enabling a fully flexible online and offline intelligent manufacturing experience that reshapes the production process. Finally, SAIC-GM-Wuling serves 30 million users worldwide through a network of over 3,000 outlets.

Empowered by a comprehensive core technology system, SAIC-GM-Wuling has achieved remarkable results in its overseas expansion. To date, SAIC-GM-Wuling has exported its vehicles to 104 countries and regions across ASEAN, Central and South America, the Middle East, and Africa. Its cumulative global new energy vehicle sales have exceeded 3 million units, ranking it among the top three globally. It has also become the first Chinese automaker to surpass 30 million units in cumulative production and sales.

In the ASEAN market in particular, SAIC-GM-Wuling has established production and sales channels in nine countries, including Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand, with cumulative sales exceeding 200,000 units. Indonesia, a strategic fulcrum in ASEAN, has become a home turf for Wuling's new energy vehicles. Focusing on the "ABC" (Air EV/BinguoEV/CloudEV) series of new energy vehicles, SAIC-GM-Wuling continues to deepen its electrification transformation through localized production. Cumulative new energy vehicle sales in Indonesia have exceeded 40,000 units, making it not only the automaker with the most comprehensive new energy vehicle portfolio in Indonesia, but also the Chinese brand with the highest cumulative new energy vehicle sales in Indonesia.

Fully supporting ASEAN's transition to green mobility, SAIC-GM-Wuling is actively promoting the local development of the new energy industry through the synergy of its five supply chains: manufacturing, supply chain, sales, finance, and talent.
