As new energy vehicles move toward intelligent and high-end features, NVH performance has become a core indicator of vehicle quality and driving experience. Excellent NVH performance not only directly impacts vehicle comfort and quietness but is also an indispensable technical foundation for brand advancement and product premiumization. As a core component of new energy vehicles, the NVH performance of the electric drive system is particularly crucial. The Technical Center's Electric Drive Systems Team actively responded to the company's "Unleashing the Sword Campaign," collaborating with various partners to continuously uphold the spirit of "Unleashing the Sword," unafraid of challenges and overcoming difficulties. This was particularly evident in the NVH optimization of SAIC-GM-Wuling's new model, the Starlight 730. This focused effort on NVH performance, providing strong technical support for the smooth implementation of the DHT4A project, further strengthening the Starlight family's product capabilities and becoming a significant competitor in the mainstream passenger car market.

With the DHT4A project approaching its production launch, NVH bench validation has entered a critical phase. The team first conducted mesh spot tests, meticulously comparing the test results with theoretical simulations to verify their consistency. They then calibrated and revised the simulation model based on field data, significantly improving the model's predictive accuracy and reliability. Based on this, the Technical Center and the supplier's research institute jointly developed a reshaping solution based on the revised simulation model. Through joint development and multi-party review, they quickly identified the optimal reshaping solution, laying a solid foundation for subsequent verification. To ensure the reshaping prototypes arrived on time, the team proactively visited the supplier's production site to closely monitor the production and delivery of the NVH reshaping prototypes, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. The electric drive system NVH team also visited the supplier's research institute to provide guidance on the setup and commissioning of the NVH test bench and collaborate with supplier experts on NVH performance verification. Over three days of overnight testing, the team collaborated closely to rapidly complete the verification and comparison of six reshaping solutions, selecting the optimal solution for installation on the vehicle. This saved valuable time for the vehicle team's subsequent verification and significantly improved the overall efficiency of NVH verification.

Dual-track effort No. 2: Collaborative advancement of test bench and vehicle validation. Integrating NVH test bench data, the team initiated a dual-track approach, actively coordinating vehicle resources. The profiling solution that performed best on the test bench was directly installed on the vehicle for road test evaluation and validation data collection. The Technical Center, in collaboration with the vehicle team, conducted NVH vehicle evaluations. Through the subjective experience of professional drivers combined with objective data feedback, the feasibility of the profiling solution was verified from multiple dimensions. Correlations between software theoretical simulations, test bench NVH test data, and vehicle NVH test data were established, forming a closed-loop system.

This innovative, multi-faceted collaborative approach of parallel test bench and vehicle validation not only yielded more comprehensive and accurate optimization data but also significantly improved validation efficiency, saving valuable project time and ensuring the reliability and consistency of validation results.

Forging Ahead NO.3: Driving Corporate Development with Technological Innovation. This NVH campaign is a crucial component of the DHT4A project. It not only demonstrates the technical strength and commitment of the Saike Technology team to tackle tough and successful battles, but also represents a positive response to SAIC-GM-Wuling's "125" development strategy. As a key component of the "125" project, the independent research and development and industrialization of the fourth-generation DHT hybrid system are crucial for achieving dual leadership in the supply chain, both as an independent and core leader.

Currently, the team is continuously monitoring real-time feedback from customer test drives and vehicle rollouts. A dedicated NVH team has been established, establishing a dynamic tracking mechanism to collect and analyze customer feedback and market feedback on the fourth-generation DHT product in real time, driving the continuous optimization of product NVH performance and enhancing user experience.

In the future, the electric drive system R&D team will continue to uphold the corporate spirit of "hard work, unremitting self-improvement, innovation and creation, and excellent execution", using technological innovation as the engine and project requirements as the guide, continuing to explore and continuously improve independent R&D capabilities, helping more core products to go into production with high quality, and continuously contributing to the in-depth promotion of the company's new energy strategy.
