Wuling Rongguang

Wuling Rongguang mini truck is a mini truck launched by SAIC-GM-Wuling, positioned in the market segment between light trucks and micro trucks, mainly for freight and entrepreneurial scenarios. The basic version was launched in June 2008 and an extended version was launched in August 2022, offering a choice of single and double row models, with a wheelbase of 3050mm and a cargo box length extended to 2.96 meters, further increasing the loading capacity.

The car takes high load-bearing performance as the core, adopts a stamping forming girder, the maximum thickness of the reinforced sub-beam of the single-row model is 210mm, the frame contains 7 reinforced beams, and high-strength steel accounts for 85%. Equipped with a B12 engine, equipped with DOHC dual overhead camshafts, EGR exhaust gas circulation and other technologies, the comprehensive fuel consumption is 7.5L/100km. In terms of safety, it follows the energy-absorbing structure of Wuling Rongguang passenger cars, equipped with a 10-inch vacuum booster, and has passed the reliability test of 2.5 times beyond the national standard. The interior features a "T" shaped layout with electronic instrumentation and adjustable seats.
